My Stay at My Moon hotel Hanoi near the old quarters from 19th - 23rd April 2024 was absolutely fantastic. The hotel is situated at a walking distance from the famous Train Street & Hoan Kiem lake and other attractions. The young lady Hannah whom we first met at the reception was so welcoming, helpful & understood our requirements so well. Hannah organised our trips to Ninh Binh & Halong Bay which was a 5 star luxury cruise. The service of the tours were as promised. The entire staff at My Moon hotel were so so helpfuI Mr Ha (work in the afternoon shift) is very helpful, he guided us how to go about for night market and dinner options. Mr Leo ( work for night shift) available when anything is required at night. Mr Tan Miss Quynh Anh Housekeeping: Diep + Sam , made sure the rooms were clean when we were out. Without disturbing us anytime. Chef: Son made fantastic Omelette Bell: Cong + Catl My Moon hotel Hanoi is highly recommended & you will enjoy your stay here with very young and helpful staff for sure.

Two to three star hotel. Location is not too bad, at the edge of old quarters within walking distance to most amenities. Do take note of the toilet if you are travelling with friends or grown up children. The toilet uses see through glass a 'wall' so there is not much privacy even with the curtain provided as the curtains are kindof translucent. Hotel breakfast will be the same food everyday no matter how long you stay. Staffs are friendly.

We stayed 6 nights. The room was super clean. All of the bedding linen smells good. Same day laundry service, really clean. Simple breakfast but tasty. Front office staff: Dung, she was kind, informative and very helpful toward all of our needs. We will definitely stay here again. Thank you My Moon Hotel

Great hotel well located, very clean and amazing helpful staff who could not do enough for you to make your stay comfortable and fun. Price wise good value for money. We stayed a total of 13 nights using the hotel as our travel base to regional areas and then returning. By the time we left we felt like family and really appreciated how hard the staff worked for us. We would definitely stay there again if we get back to Hanoi. The staff also gave us great tips on where to visit and great eating places and arranged transport for us to Sappa, Tam Coc, Halong Bay, airport, etc. all at very reasonable prices which made life very easy for us. We also appreciated that they stayed in touch on our trips to make sure all was going well and we were happy. Lovely genuine people making our stay a real pleasure.

Staff is friendly and very helpful and always cheerful. Breakfast is very good. Great location. Quiet, clean. Junior suite is spacious and balcony offer street view. Bed very comfortable. Very good value. Would return.
